Grand Timber Estate in Caledonia, MI

Clark and Deb G. were building their dream home near Green Lake in Caledonia, Michigan, and wanted an outdoor environment that matched the beauty and craftsmanship of their new timber-frame estate. They turned to Platinum Ponds & Landscaping for our expertise in custom water features, natural stone construction, and cohesive landscape design.

During the planning phase, we created a detailed 3D landscape rendering that allowed the homeowners to fully visualize the scale, layout, and overall feel of the project before construction began. This collaborative design process gave them the confidence to refine details and ensured every element would come together seamlessly.

The completed project is a stunning example of how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can transform a property into a truly one-of-a-kind outdoor living space. It has been a privilege to continue working with Clark and Deb over the years as their property has evolved. Since the original installation, we’ve completed several additional projects, including a 500-foot natural stone terraced retaining wall surrounding an airplane hangar, complete with landscape lighting and plantings. We’ve also installed mature trees throughout the property, welcoming front entry landscaping, and carefully designed planting beds around existing features, including a charming 100-year-old red barn.
