Designing and building a beautiful water feature is a big undertaking. I believe that getting the best results requires craftsmen who have specialized expertise, and that is what Platinum Ponds provides. I can't say enough good things about what it was like to work with Ryan and Jim. From the beginnings of the design process, all the way through construction and completion of my pond project, they were professional and easy to work with. Pricing: They provided a clear, itemized list of materials and labor cost. Transparency with everything. I felt that everything was more than fairly priced. Design: They clearly understood my vision and I am thrilled with the results. Rock placement for a pond/water feature is an art and they are amazing at it. My trust in them to do as they saw fit while executing my vision was not misplaced. Construction: Highly professional. Excellent communication throughout. They were always considerate of the fact that we were living here and would even ask if it was ok to have a radio on. They cleaned up the worksite super well at the end of each day. Dedication: Cannot be overstated; one of their crew became unavailable during my project so Ryan and Jim just gutted it out and built the thing themselves through hot summer weather. If you have any interest in having a water feature (pond, pondless waterfall, etc) and live in west Michigan, I recommend these guys without reservation.
